Asheville Gets Active

How is everyone doing with their exercise program? Hopefully, everyone is taking advantage of the nice warm weather to take a hike on the trails instead of walking on the treadmill. It is good to change up your exercise routine especially if you have not seen in any weight loss recently. It is easy to get discouraged but don't give up. Remember you are in this for the long haul and there will be small bumps in the road when you aren't watching what you eat as carefully as you did before or you haven't exercised for a couple of days. All you have to do is start again. Good luck to all.
