HEY I HAVE BEEN EATING BETTER BUT AM HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME WITH GETTING TO THE EXERCISE. SO I JUMP ON THE SCALE SATURDAYAND GUESS WHAT. 9.5 POUNDS ARE GONE. IN A WEEK? I REWEIGHED ON MONDAY WITH THE SAME RESULT. I'M FIGURING WATER RETENTION MAYBE? I KNOW THEY SAY YOU CAN RETAIN SEVERAL POUNDS OF WATER BUT IT JUST SEEMED LIKE A LOT.
