30 minute Cardiovascular workout routine

This workout routine is an all cardiovascular workout you can do at the gym or home if you have the equipment. You may use a treadmill or jog outside for your first exercise. Choose speeds that are challenging and try to improve each time. Because these are 30 minute workouts your rest time should be no longer than one minute between exercises. 1.)
