right on, grew up in CT, am a halfback who lived on FL Gulf Coast for a year and am wantin to get back into my old healthy ways, I worked at WWE for 6 yrs so it was easy to get into the weights thing...it was awesome...u?

thanks for the advice, Tiff! I get that sinus thing once a year and it just messes me p for like a week or so from working out & what-not :) I will remember that though!
