Don't give up Sheila!!! We all know it is frustrating to feel like you are losing ground, but you really aren't. Hang in there and keep eating those fruits and vegetables plus keep moving and you will see the weight come off.

We meet at the Carver Community Center every Mon & Wed from 6-7:pm. We do various kinds of cardio (floor & some step) & Legs Then we move on to upper body. We do core and ab work and then a cooldown. We also gather on Saturday for some more but a bit more intense. It's really like total body conditioning.

It's $5 per class and I ask participants to bring at least 5# dumbbells, a matte and water bottle.

2nd Weigh In

Second Month's Weigh In for our team brought a total loss of 17lbs.

That is a great weight loss! The 1st months weigh in brought a total loss of 22lbs....So our grand total loss is 39lbs so far!!



That being said.... I have been so sick, one thing right after another this month. In the beginning of the month I was losing well and was 3lbs down, making me 4lbs from my 1st major goal.
