When you exercise while shedding weight, you will not only tone your
muscles but it will help your skin from getting too saggy as well. Now,
I'm not talking about 3lb hand weights, I'm talking more around 8lb and
up. It's great to lose weight, but I often come across those who are
not exercising at the same time. Which can just turn you into a food
burning machine!

group motivation. Great for friends who want to shape up together!
Eight 1-hour per week sessions designed to push your group past to the weight loss goal quicker than the others but to also learn how to do it for life and not just for the contest!
Session 1 – Assessment and goal setting; we will discuss the plan and write down what will be implemented and how. Food and nutrition will be discussed in detail.
Session 2- Beginning at the beginning – this training will be based on the group’s fitness level from the assessment but will be designed to combine strength and cardiovascular training to maximize the time in calorie burn. A smart and safe plan will then be followed with the trainer for these 7 sessions with a written program to do on “alone” days.
Investment for the whole 8 weeks ( 2 months) – 1 person - $400
