- I'm not taking part in Lighten Up 4 Life, but I still try to eat decently and exercise. I run. It's what I like and it's what I do. My goal this year is to run at least two full marathons. Maybe throw a half marathon or two in there. First up? Nashville's Country Music Marathon in April.
