Asheville Gets Active

Hey girls - I'm down 10 pounds so far.... lets try and keep each other motivated. We're going to try and walk after work (5pm) at least 3 times a week. Sherry is an awesome speed walker. I know I need the support... hoping we can all get together and do this.
