Asheville Gets Active

Mark Ellins

Mucoid plaque can be a major part of your weight and shape dilemma.

Being a wellness consultant and fighting to get my body into better shape at age 56 (my goal is to be at the peak physical condition of my entire life at age 65), I have researched the mucoid plaque matter thoroughly and am using a gentle herbal tea to deal with it. Mucoid plaque is impacted fecal matter that builds up in your intestinal tract and cannot be removed via colonics or high colon enemas. An over-weight person can easily have over 15 lbs in their intestines and an obese person can have over 40 lbs. Dieting and exercise WILL NOT loosen this plaque. The only way to get it out is by using herbal formulas designed to loosen it and then your body expels it.

Yeah, I know, this is not a pretty topic but if you are serious about weight loss and your health you need to address it.

After much research and flirting with the idea of using a heavy duty cleaner which would marry us to the toilet for 3 days, we decided to use a gentle herbal tea that does the same intestinal cleaning but over 90 to 120 days and doesn't impact your lifestyle or cause high voltage dashes to the bathroom.

I got noticeable results in only 3 days and after a month drinking the tea I have lost an additional 4 lbs and there is a huge difference in the shape of my abdomen, it is finally deflating for the first time in over 20 years. There is definitely something to this mucoid plaque problem!

One reason we selected this particular herbal tea was because we knew six people who also tried it and got spectacular results. I'm not impressed with their guarantee but it really produces results so we ponied up for it.

As we get older our metabolism changes and slows down and dieting does not address this issue. Exercise helps speed up your metabolism but the right adaptogenic formula can do wonders and one we are using is extremely effective and does a phenomenal job on "syndrome-X" which is now epidemic and includes being over-weight and having type-2 diabetes.

If you are serious about weightloss, don't ignore the mucoid plaque issue as it is real and can be responsible in large part for both your weight and shape.

What's the name of the tea? I just got off of a candida diet, which is very detoxing, and it helps cleanse the intestines, but I am not sure if it takes care of this mucoid plaque that you are talking about.

The tea is the culmination of over 20 years of testing by a naturopathic physician in South Carolina and is being sold under the name "Holy Tea" because one of it's primary ingredients is the Holy Thistle. Supposedly it is also effective against candida but I do not have direct knowledge of that and cannot confirm it.

Visit the website www.TigerHealthSystems.com for further information on the tea.

Thank you for that info.I will investigate it more. There is a specific tea for the candida diet, called Pau D'arco, found at Earthfare. It comes from a tree that does not produce any mold, as mold is an issue for people dealing with yeast issues.

There's actually nothing to this mucoid plaque problem because mucoid plaque isn't a problem until you buy into the scam.
